Initial Gradings in ITF style Tae Kwon Do four times yearly. Sagi Charugi, Sagi Makei, Chon Ji (up to Yellow belt) Dan Gun, Do San (up to Green belt) Won Yo, Ji Goong (up to Blue belt) Yul Gok, Tae Gae (up to Red belt) Silla staff and knife patterns

Mock Fights:

Semi-contact sparring and shadow boxing
